Group Pricing Director
François has devoted most of his professional career to Pricing and has 20 years of experience in the business.
After 5 years as a Pricing analyst in the industry, he joined Office Depot to occupy a position of Pricing Manager for 15 years. Three and a half years ago, François joined the Manutan Group as Head of Pricing.
These different positions give him the opportunity to respond to many strategic and operational challenges, such as price optimization and customer price perception, revenue development and margin improvement, support for sales teams around the subjects of profitability and price negotiation…
He evolves in both B2B/B2C, European, multi-channel market environments, with a strong appetite for transformation and organization projects.

Victoria began her career in pricing nearly a decade ago and has since held strategic roles across the luxury, retail, and tech industries. She has developed and implemented pricing strategies for leading companies such as Chanel, Monoprix, Cajoo, and 24S, driving high-impact initiatives in areas like margin optimization, international pricing, brand perception, and consumer sensitivity analysis.
In late 2025, she will join Conforama as Head of Pricing, with the ambition to structure pricing processes, enhance commercial performance, and increase visibility across the organization.
Victoria holds a Master’s degree from ESCP Business School.
Based in Paris, she combines her passion for pricing with a growing interest in growth marketing and digital innovation. She also enjoys curating modern interiors and following emerging fashion trends.
David Krings
VP Pricing & Inventory R&D
David leads the Pricing & Inventory R&D team at Centric Software.
With over a decade of experience in developing forecasting models and more than 15 years delivering retail solutions for global brands, he plays a key role in shaping data-driven strategies. Frequently involved in large-scale projects, David supports teams with in-depth analysis and solution design.
He brings extensive AI expertise and a clear vision for transforming pricing strategies through artificial intelligence.
Noussayba Idri
Deputy Pricing Director
With a scientific background focused on mathematics, statistics, and finance, Noussayba has been leveraging her expertise in pricing strategy for over 10 years.
She began her career at Franprix, where she progressively advanced within the pricing department. Today, she leads both B2C and B2B pricing policies for the brand, addressing key challenges related to competitiveness, performance, and pricing governance.
She works closely with the purchasing, marketing, and finance teams to ensure consistent pricing across the network and an agile response to market changes.
Marc Décremps
Price Construction Project Manager
Marc joined the Coopérative U in 2019 as an internal consultant, following over twelve years of experience advising on major transformation and organizational projects.
Since September 2023, he has been leading the “U Pricing” project, which aims to revamp the pricing structure of the Coopérative U.

Priscilla is a Senior Product Manager at Centric Software, within the R&D department specialized in Artificial Intelligence applied to Pricing.
With over ten years of experience in retail, followed by a role at ASOS where she led the development of AI-driven solutions for the Pricing and Forecasting teams, she combines deep operational knowledge with strong technological expertise.
At Centric, she defines the product vision and oversees the creation of intelligent systems that leverage AI and business data to recommend optimal prices, anticipate demand, and improve profitability. Her mission: help retailers make pricing decisions that are more dynamic, more accurate, and better aligned with market realities.
