Didier Vrignaud
Chief Solution Officer
Didier recently joined ValueMate, founded by Malik Rajan, as Chief Solution Officer.
In this role, he is leading the development of a new AI-powered conversational pricing agent designed to interact with users in real time based on their own analytical data, and to help turn pricing strategies into practical execution.
Before that, Didier was Head of Pricing at Manpower France. Over more than 30 years with the company, he held various roles in management control and sales administration before creating and then leading the Pricing department 15 years ago.
Didier is also a member of the Club du Pricing Board of Advisors.
Grégory Ferrari
Support & Development Manager, Revenue Management
Gregory has held various positions at Cargolux Airlines Intl., including roles in the Finance, Sales, and Revenue Management Divisions. Over his 20-year career, he has developed a range of skills such as project management, change management, and operational expertise.
In 2016, he joined the Sales Division and initiated the digital transformation of the division.
In 2019, he moved to the Support & Development department within the Revenue Management Division, where he was responsible for implementing Dynamic Pricing across various sales offices, establishing the digital channel, and managing change within all sales offices.
After completing an MSc in Air Transport at the French Civil Aviation University (ENAC), Anne joined Cargolux Airlines International in 2020 as a Revenue Management Analyst.
As the person in charge of the Dynamic Pricing tool, she co-develops and maintains the company’s Revenue Management solutions.

Guillaume is Director Customer Success Manager, EMEA at Conga. He brings more than 13 years of experience within PROS / Conga, supporting B2B customers on adoption, deployment, and value creation around Pricing and CPQ solutions.
Over the years, he has held several Customer Success and Customer Care roles across Europe and the United States, working closely on execution, stakeholder alignment, and customer impact.
Today, he leads customer support and success initiatives across EMEA with a strong belief that successful transformation depends as much on adoption and team alignment as it does on the solution itself.
