Mélanie Septe

SVP Pricing Global 

After starting her career in advertising and relationship marketing agencies, Mélanie Septe spent seven years at Bouygues Telecom as a Product Marketing Manager.

She then joined the software publishing industry, where she became part of an international Pricing team. Mélanie currently leads the Pricing team at CEGID and also serves as President of the Salesforce CPQ & Billing Users Group.

In addition, Mélanie is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Pricing Club.

He  holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.

Audrey is Managing Principal at Ducker Carlisle where she leads the Research & Analytics practice for EMEA, and heads Ducker Carlisle’s French entity.

 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in management and consulting from Toulouse Business School. After starting her career in the US automotive industry, she now has 15 years of experience in the construction, mining and agriculture industries and leads critical market intelligence and customer insights engagements at Ducker Carlisle for OEMs, suppliers, trade associations and the financial community.

 

Clients value Audrey’s knowledge and leadership regarding distribution organization changes, digitalization trends and sustainability goals.

Alexandr Mitin

Spare Parts Revenue Team Manager

Surat joined Syncron in 2021 and is currently responsible for France. He collaborates with major OEMs and distributors to develop the aftermarket business by facilitating spare parts business transformation projects to accelerate growth (revenue and market share), optimize margins, and reduce costs.

His expertise encompasses both parts pricing (strategy, VBP, competitive management, process optimization) and parts planning (improving service rates, reducing inventory, cutting emissions). These two areas help maximize customer satisfaction and enhance aftermarket profitability.

His experience focuses on the automotive, aviation, and industrial equipment sectors, with additional emphasis on distribution, construction equipment, and agricultural machinery.

Outside of his role at Syncron, he has a passion for ecology, alternative economic models, collaborative change, and eco-friendly building.
