Didier Vrignaud
Chief Solution Officer
Didier has just joined ValueMate, founded by Malik Rajan, as Chief Solution Officer.
In this role, he is leading the development of a new conversational AI agent dedicated to pricing, designed to interact with users in real time based on their own data analytics, and to drive the effective execution of their pricing strategies.
Previously, Didier was Head of Pricing at Manpower France. Over more than 30 years with the company, he held various roles in management control and sales administration, before creating and leading the Pricing department 15 years ago.
Youssef Mamour
Senior Director Pricing Global Commercial Operations
Youssef is Senior Director Global Pricing at Getinge, where he leads pricing strategy and governance worldwide.
His role spans the entire value cycle: from value-driven product design to value-based pricing and value-based selling. He ensures alignment between strategy, Business Areas, and commercial and finance teams to maximize value capture and strengthen Getinge’s competitiveness.
Over the course of his 30-year career, Youssef has held various positions in pricing, productivity, and commercial operations, with extensive international exposure.
As a leader, he places strong emphasis on digital transformation, continuous team training, governance discipline, and the adoption of a value-oriented culture to support the company’s sustainable growth.
Jean-Michel Ochs
Purchasing Director
After an initial experience in public procurement consulting, Jean-Michel joined REXEL France in 2007, at the launch of the Purchasing Department, as a buyer for several categories including low voltage, VDI, and lighting.
He then progressed within the REXEL Group, first as Purchasing Manager Europe, before taking on the interim role of Head of Marketing & Purchasing at REXEL Italy in 2017. In 2018, when REXEL Group rolled out its data & digital strategy, Jean-Michel was entrusted with developing the supplier services catalog, notably through the creation of the REXEL supplier portal.
In 2022, he joined Saint-Gobain Distribution Bâtiment France as Purchasing Director of the DSC subsidiary, which includes CEDEO, CLIM+ and CDL Elec, serving plumbing and heating professionals.
He continues to combine operational purchasing management with transformation initiatives, driving a client-centric and CSR-oriented approach.
Adrian Bussières
Head of Pricing
Adrian is European Pricing Director at Securitas, the global leader in security services. He leads the company’s pricing strategy, drives the transformation of pricing practices, and acts as a pricing reference on international tenders.
With a background in strategy consulting, Adrian has built strong expertise in pricing and commercial strategy, both in B2C and B2B environments, with a focus on data analysis and application.
His experience allows him to bridge strategic vision with operational execution, with the objective of optimizing commercial performance.
