Gabor Kapus is responsible for the deployment of the commercial & pricing policy transformation at Schneider Electric.


His department provides the link between Schneider Electric's strategy, distribution channels, commercial policy and pricing structure.

During his 28 years of professional experience, he held various positions in the field of pricing and finance, in different regions (Hungary, France, China and Russia).


His career is balanced between operational experience and project management in change management. As a leader within Schneider Electric and in its support to entities, he pays particular attention to digital, continuous training, adaptability and change management.


Sebastien Baliteau

and industrial management control

At Pochet since 2010, Sébastien Baliteau is responsible for industrial management control at Pochet du Courval, the group's glass bottle division.
A key player in the transformation of costing and pricing since the start of the project in 2015, he was then appointed head of the CEM (Quoting, Expertise and Methods Unit), a veritable control tower set up to ensure the trade interface - industry and manage costing and pricing processes.

In over 40 years of experience in strategy consulting, including 25 as a  Partner at Kearney, Laurent Dumarest has supported many B2B companies in the transformation of their pricing.
To enable its customers to sustain the benefits, it decided to develop a complete and integrated Costing and Pricing software solution dedicated to B2B companies. This is how, with two associates, he founded the company WhiteHeron Software.
The Pochet Group is its first customer and has trusted it since 2015.
