Adrien Couturier

Strategic Pricing Professor

In 2017, he joined OVHcloud as VP Pricing Excellence where he created the Pricing department (team of 4 people) and initiated topline optimization projects (innovative pricing models, Dynamic Pricing, support for the negotiation of strategic deals , reduction of "revenue leakage", etc.) In 2019, he joined the consulting firm Monitor Deloitte to structure the Pricing practice there. Since January 2021, he has been a professor of pricing strategy at HEC Paris and in parallel leads pricing projects as an independent consultant.

 

Adrien is a graduate of HEC Paris and holds a CEMS master's degree in international management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien).

Pablo joined Nippon Gases (former Praxair) in 2006.  He is responsible for the formulation and evaluation of the pricing strategy of the Industrial Gases business (strategic and operational levels) that support EBITDA growth. Disciplined, committed business and people manager with broad international experience in strategic projects with particular focus on business development (Russia, Middle East, Morocco, Scandinavia). Passionate about strategic marketing, customer satisfaction, developing talent and operational excellence. Strong drive for enabling change, generating results and continuous self-improvement, coaching the commercial sales team. Leader of several cross-functional teams focusing on value creation, implementing AI tools across European business units.
Prior to Nippon Gases, Pablo worked in Financial Advisory Services at Deloitte and Audit at Pwc always focus on industrial businesses.
