This Board was born out of the Pricing Club's desire to give more voice to pricing professionals,
while remaining as close as possible to their daily concerns.
In touch with current pricing issues and experts in their pricing fields,
the members of our Board of Advisors of the Club are 6 RECOGNIZED AND HIGH-LEVEL PRICING PROFESSIONALS & ACADEMICS,
working in CROSS-INDUSTRY organizations,
with NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL influence.
The missions of the Board of Advisors are to:
1. LISTEN TO THE CONCERNS AND PRIORITIES OF ITS MEMBERS
2. FEED THE CLUB'S EDITORIAL LINE AND TO ENRICH THE TOPICS OF OUR EVENTS

Julie France Airenti - Revenue Growth Management Director
Julie-France Airenti is the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) director for L’OCCITANE International.
After 12 years in several International marketing and sales positions within the group (in USA, Mexico & France), she created the Pricing department 4 years ago where she lead the pricing transformation of the company, working with key stakeholders to develop, implement and continuously evolve a global pricing program that is competitive and customer centric.
Now she leads the RGM department with the objective to provide analytics to identify & optimize pricing, sizing, promotion and investment by shopper segment, customer and channel to drive growth.
Julie-France holds a master degree in management from Euromed and a leadership diploma from INSEAD.
L'Occitane manufactures and markets natural cosmetics and wellness products and creates and develops brands that offer new and exceptional beauty experiences. The group is open to the world with 5 cosmetic brands and a presence in more than 90 countries. Their ambition is to become the leading group in natural cosmetics.
Adrien Couturier - Pricing Strategy Teacher
Adrien Couturier started his career at Vallourec’s Strategic Marketing department, in charge of new business development and customer voice management.
He then joined Simon-Kucher and Partners, where he spent 10 years specializing in pricing and commercial excellence, leading 40+ projects in several sectors specifically in a B2B environment (building materials, packaging, paper, chemicals, automotive suppliers, industrial goods, professional distributors, retailers, etc.).
In 2017, he joined OVHcloud as VP Pricing Excellence where he created the Pricing department (team of 4 people) and initiated topline projects (Innovative Pricing Models, Dynamic Pricing, Large Deal negotiation support, reduction of revenue leakage, etc.) In 2019, he joined Monitor Deloitte consulting firm to help structure the Pricing Practice.
Since Jan 2021, he has been professor of pricing strategy at HEC Paris and leads pricing projects in parallel as an independent consultant.
Adrien graduated from HEC Paris and holds a CEMS master in international management from Vienna University of Economics and Business (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien).
HEC Paris specialized in management teaching and research, it offers a complete and unique range of educational programs for tomorrow's leaders. Founded in 1881, HEC Paris has a permanent faculty of 115 professors, more than 4,000 students and more than 8,500 executives and managers in training each year.
Gabor Kapus - VP Commercial Policy and Pricing Transformation Deployment
Gabor Kapus is in charge of the business transformation deployment for commercial policy & pricing at Schneider Electric.
The program creates the link from strategy to channel management, to commercial policy and to pricing structure.
During the 28-year of professional experience, he held various positions in pricing and finance, in various geographies (Hungary, France, China and Russia).
His career is balanced between operational experience and corporate change management projects. As a leader of the company, to sustain the businesses, he is keeping special attention on Digital, Continuing Education, Adaptability and Change Management.
Scheider Electric provides digital solutions combining energy and automation, for greater efficiency, serving a more sustainable world. With their unique technologies for energy management, real-time automation, software and services, they offer integrated solutions for residential housing, commercial buildings, data centers, infrastructure and industries.
Melanie Septe - Head of Pricing & CPQ Product Owner
After beginning her career in marketing relationship & advertising agency, Mélanie Septe spent 7 years as Product Marketing Manager at Bouygues Telecom, and joined the World of software editors, by integrating the Global Pricing Team at Sage.
She’s currently managing the Pricing department at Cegid and is also assuming the presidency of Salesforce CPQ & Billing User Club.
Cegid Group creates useful and innovative management solutions to help accountants, human resources, finance and ERP, tax and retail professionals realize their projects. They were among the first to integrate the cloud into their solutions thanks to their culture of innovation and unique business expertise. They are now number 3 in SaaS in France.
Marion Veber - Head of Product and Pricing
After 3 years working as a strategic consultant at Oliver Wyman, Marion joined Eurostar.
She has occupied varied positions including strategic projects manager, where she was first in charge of sourcing a new fleet (project lead) and developing new connecting products in partnership with other transporters.
Her current role of Head of Product and Pricing includes maximisation of Eurostar revenue through the optimisation of the price portfolio and the segmentation of customers (price bundles, distribution platforms etc…).
With a strong focus on pricing innovation and close collaboration with the Digital and Data department, she has set up a new product cycle based on customer’s behaviour and segmentation.
Eurostar International Ltd is a Franco-British railway company, which has operated since 1994 high-speed trains linking Paris and Brussels to the South of England and London. Eurostar is a company majority owned by the SNCF (French National Railway Company).
Didier Vrignaud - Pricing Director
Didier Vrignaud is the Pricing director for Manpower France.
After more than 30 years in financial controlling and sales support positions within the company, he created the Pricing department 10 years ago where he lead the pricing strategy of the company, working with key stakeholders to accelerate the effectiveness of value leverages, value-added offerings and continuously evolve pricing engineering to stay competitive and contribute to profitable growth. Didier holds a diploma from ESCP.

PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD
Malik Rajan - Founder and GM
After 5 years of consulting at Oliver Wyman, with a focus on Marketing Strategy & Pricing, Malik joins Rexel - World leader in B2B electrical product distribution - in 2011. As Group Pricing Director, Malik has started the pricing department and developed pricing initiatives in 19 countries for more than 6 years.
In 2017, Malik decided to found the French Pricing Club in order to share knowledge, organize events and provide pricing consulting support with the help of a network of affiliate consultants, for more than 2000 pricing professionals in large French corporations and a larger network in Europe.
Apart from pricing, Malik is passionate about his role as a father, about marathon running, wine (though these two are sometimes hard to combine), and plays Jazz/ Funk bass guitar.
Malik graduated from ESSEC Business School and from the Strategic Marketing Program from INSEAD.
The Pricing Club is a unique space for the pricing community to meet, learn new practices and have access to pricing jobs. The Club organizes frequent meetings around targeted topics that are at the heart of the concerns of pricing professionals.
